Albert is extremely knowledgeable and competent with nearly 20 years of experience. He programmed 2 smart TVs, surround sound, 2 Sonos groupings, our Harmony hub and remote (which is much more than a remote), registered and updated all our device software and integrated the entire system -- in the way you would read about in the Sunday magazine, including our phones and iPads. He did it within budget and on time and it all worked the first time (and after). Albert is not the first person to service our tech needs, but he is clearly the best (and least expensive, ironically).
